We are a new and energetic record label formed by two ambitious Israeli musicians/music lovers with the goal of promoting their own music and the music they love both in the local and international music industry.
All the projects are being recorded at our home studio using basic recording equipment (no computers involved!), when our guideline is “capturing magical moments of music without the time pressure of a big, expensive recording studio”, which allows us to put a lot of weight on the creativity and authenticity and also helps us create some kind of homogeneous sound that becomes our “trade mark”. At the moment we are focusing on promoting and marketing our current release – “Buffalos” which was released in 2009 (www.buffalosband.com).
We’ve already released in summer 2008 the first THOR Records’ Album, “Limited Dose of Affection“, the solo album by Omer Hershman (Jet Sam, Lady Macbeth, Buffalos, Panic Ensemble, etc.). Stay tuned for more releases in the near future!
